Health Answers at the Library
The Lewes Public Library offers patrons access to a health information specialist.
Do you need health information?
Do you need information about a disease or illness, medical tests, surgery and procedures, understanding mental health or prescription drug information? If you have health related questions, please visit the Lewes Public Library. There will be a certified health information specialist who can answer your questions. This service is free and confidential. For more information please call 302-703-3026. Or you can email [email protected].
The Health Answers service at the Lewes Public Library provides health information and referrals but does not provide medical advice or assist with insurance questions. Only a licensed health care provider can diagnose illness, interpret test results, or make treatment recommendations.
The program is sponsored in part by a grant from the Network of the National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health.
