The Delaware legislature is considering a bill to require public libraries to protect the freedom of speech and the rights of all Delawareans to read.
The Delaware Libraries for All Act (HB299) is important new legislation that will help libraries adopt policies concerning collection development, programs, and events to ensure equitable access to the library.
Please join the Delaware Library Association, the Friends of Delaware Libraries, and EveryLibrary in endorsing this bill and asking your state legislators to pass HB299.
